Piedmont Real Estate Associates (the Company) maintains a pool of funds to serve as acquisition capital. These monies are used exclusively to purchase, maintain, repair/renovate and ready for sale residential real estate properties. The pool is funded through the sale of Class A membership interests in the Company. Typically, our investors are looking to diversify their portfolios with additional debt securities (as opposed to equity) and an interest in the residential real estate sector.

Piedmont's Class A membership interests yield a floating rate of interest tied to prime. This is an illiquid investment - the minimum commitment is one year - and it requires a minimum investment of $100,000.
