An easy solution for a tough decision
North Carolina was a long distance from her home in Philadelphia’s Penrose Park, but Mrs. Renfrew* knew she would have to move there for a while. Her aging mother was there and after a visit, Mrs. Renfrew realized the woman needed help on a daily basis. She had to go, but her husband needed to remain in Philadelphia a while longer to qualify for his pension with the Philadelphia Police Department.
